ABOUT ME

My journey in healing & spirituality started at age 14.

I received chakra clearings, healings, reiki, card readings & coaching form my spiritual teacher - my connection grew from here but I kept it quiet as it was considered very "out there" or "woo woo" at that time.

I'd always felt really emotional, I would have extremely vivid dreams, nightmares & even what I thought were day dreams but I now understand them to be visions.

At age 16 I read my first self help book, I did not like some behaviours of my own & of some people around me - I knew I wanted to change, I knew I wanted to be better, to be a better version of myself. I knew it was possible.

I continued on with my passion for self development, reading books upon books, going to events & seminars, listening to audio whenever I could.

My spiritual practice grew & I went on to receive my Reiki Level 1 at age 23 for self healing along with friends & family.

Facing a thyroid & autoimmune disease diagnosis, the loss of my "dream" job

& a miscarriage all in the same year - I realised I needed to really heal.

Applying what I'd learnt to address my mind, my body, emotions & spirit as a whole.

I spent years battling self-sabotage, people-pleasing, anxiety, depression & cycles of burnout. I struggled with unhealthy coping mechanisms like binge drinking & I suppressed my emotions to avoid the pain. This led me into my head, overthinking, worrying, always needing the next thing to be planned or a goal in p[ace. But I decided enough was enough.

I took control of my healing journey, and now, I’m here to help you do the same with all of the knowledge, wisdom & skills I have learnt along the way. I do believe you already have everything you need to heal within you.

However we all need a little guidance to start the journey.
